YES! ZOOM BROADBAND is a Prepaid Starter Pack for pure DATA usage launched by B-Mobile specifically for Broadband users. The main features of this starter pack:

•Internet Access Only Pack
•Registration not required
•Instant activation, to activate, just dial 179 and follow the voice prompt.

(Note: Customers need to insert SIM card into a 3G/3.5G handset for 1st time activation.) Voice services and peer to peer SMS services are NOT available with YES! ZOOM BROADBAND


2.How much does it cost to get started?

There are 2 ways to obtain YES! ZOOM BROADBAND

Option 1 -Pocket Modem Bundle $99 This package includes;
•1x ZOOM! Pocket Modem,
•1x 3.5G SIM card;

•Connection Fee $5;
•1 year License Fee $25;
•1x complimentary $4 Top Up Card

Option 2 -YES! ZOOM BROADBAND Starter Pack $30This package includes;
•1x 3.5G SIM card;
•Connection Fee $5;
•1 year License Fee $25;
•1x complimentary $4 Top Up Card

3.What does the YES! ZOOM BROADBAND Starter Pack consist of?

The starter pack consists of a 3.5G SIM card and a user manual. The user manual provides information on how to use the starter pack, how to Activate and get connected to the Internet and also the terms and conditions of the service.


4.Where can I get a YES! ZOOM BROADBAND Prepaid Starter Pack?

The packs will be available at all B-Mobile Care Centres.


5.Can I use this starter pack to make calls or to SMS?

No. All outgoing, incoming voice calls and SMS services is not available with this SIM card. However, SMS to shortcodes are allowed to perform prepaid recharge. You can also check your balance by dialing *180# and to recharge SMS "Type 12 Digit PIN" to 178.


6.What is the validity of my SIM Card once I’ve activated it?

Validity of the SIM card once activated is 1 year, so you can have the freedom of maintaining the line and using it anytime, anywhere within the 1 year period. Simply top up your account and start surfing.
